Leon Schuitemaker studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen.
In 2007 he founded Leon Legal, now Leon Legal & Schuitemaker Juridisch Advies. The practice advises public bodies, public organisations and businesses on state aid and subsidies, administrative law, legislation and contracts, and offers interim management and integrated legal advice.
